My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were pretty much a letdown with cleanliness issues, but the location was quite convenient and made it easy to explore nearby attractions. There were some service challenges, though a couple of staff members did try to help me out. Overall, while it wasn't a disaster, I couldn't quite shake the feeling that better upkeep and service would make this a much nicer place to stay.

Unfortunately, the rooms left a lot to be desired. The remote controls for both the TV and air conditioner were dirty, and I noticed some issues with the bed linens and cleanliness in the bathroom, including mold and a dirty toilet. Definitely not ideal for a boutique hotel experience.

Service was a mixed bag. While one person did listen to my concerns and change some lightbulbs, others were rather unfriendly and dismissive. It seemed like there was a lack of urgency to address guest issues, which was disappointing.

The location was fairly convenient, close to Istiklal and Tophane, making it easy to get around. I enjoyed being able to walk to various bars and restaurants nearby, which was definitely a plus.

I recently stayed at this boutique hotel, and while it had a lot of charm, there were definitely some ups and downs during my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they could be a bit cramped for my liking. The service was friendly for the most part, though we did have a few hiccups during check-in.
